Franco Albini and Franca Helg Table TL22 Wood Poggi, Italy, circa 1958
The TL22 is a table designed by Franco Albini and Franca Helg to have a cohesive and harmonious structural dimension. The table, exclusively in wood, is formed by a well-proportioned oval top, squashed along the wide lateral lines and closed more abruptly on the vertical ones. The support is formed by a set of three distinct corners, which break the line to create a structural safety. The first starts from the horizontal plane, the second on the oblique legs, while the third breaks to form the feet, on which the entire plane is then supported.
